Individual Telehealth
From $83.50 up to $170
A multi-dimensional focus on exercise prescription and delivery, as well as education, discussion, and weekly activity pacing. Your weekly exercise will be tracked and monitored using an online shared drive by your Exercise Physiologist to ensure that you are incorporating exercise into your week, and not just in the session.

Group Telehealth

Small group (3-4 people) $45pp
large group (6-10 people) $28pp
Group sessions focusing primarily on exercise prescription and delivery with other individuals in a similar situation to you, or who are after a similar service to you.
Small group sessions: These sessions will be scheduled sessions and run with a maximum of 4 persons, and minimum of 3 persons.
Large group sessions: These sessions will be schedules sessions and run with a minimum of 6 persons, and maximum of 10 persons.
