about us

Immune Exercise Physiology specialises in telehealth and in-home consultations for people living with an autoimmune, complex, chronic disease. We bring exercise to you, whether it is to your door or to your screen!

"My passion for autoimmune disease sparked at a young age, when my mum was diagnosed with Systemic Sclerosis (also knows as Scleroderma), and I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (also known as "Lupus"). It inspired me to learn more about autoimmune disease and how exercise can help improve peoples' quality of life. I understand the struggles of having a rare autoimmune disease, and the barriers in engaging in exercise. I have a very special interest in promoting and educating the community about Systemic Lupus and Systemic Sclerosis, and other autoimmune diseases, for this very reason, and to educate other practitioners and people living with the disease about ways to engage in safe and effective exercise. I started Immune Exercise Physiology to build a team of exercise professionals who understand autoimmune disease and to provide a community for people to engage in safe exercise".

Dr Stephanie Frade, director of Immune Exercise Physiology, accredited exercise physiologist and clinical Pilates instructor, with a love for exercise and passion in health and wellbeing.
